2nd Annual Benefit Dinner. Gulf Coast Mercies, Inc. conducts the Rachel's Vineyard Ministries' retreat program the largest retreat program for post-abortive women, men, and those impacted by an abortion. It is an intensive, scripturally based, three-day program and free to attend. To fund our Ministry, we will be having our 2nd Annual Benefit Dinner on March 23rd, within the city of Houston, TX.
